Why I nominated Debra:
As a technology service provider, I’ve been able to observe Debra da Costa and her contribution to sales lead management over the years.

What stand-out thing have they done?
I have watched Debra da Costa of Direct Marketing Partners quietly influence the lead management world with her expertise in the B2B contact center, incorporating multi-touch activities, including lots of data work into the tele-prospecting mix. She and DMP continue to lead the industry in reporting and stellar program management. She now leads her company in not only excelling at peer-to-peer telemarketing , but also in humanizing marketing automation and CRM with the human touch.

The marketing world has been fast paced for us all, with new technologies springing up constantly, but da Costa has consistently been able to evolve and re-tool her organization to handle it and refine the purpose and process. And that purpose is use the emerging technologies while remaining customized, consultative, efficient, results-driven. She’s talking a lot about “designer” marketing these days and has created a powerful recipe for lead generation success.
