What stand-out thing have they done?

When I worked with Kevin at Salesfusion, he took time out of his day to walk me though how to enter data accurately and correctly into our CRM. He explained the purpose of doing this and other best practices, as well as allowed me to watch his product demonstrations sales calls. A master at work.
