Why I nominated Peter:

Pete Gracey has a natural ability to lead. However, a leader needs more than just ability, but also knowledge and inspiration to be successful, which Pete truly possesses. He leads by example, demonstrating successful business practices that trickle down to both of his companies’ employees and his UMass students.

What stand-out thing have they done?

He has started two successful sales and marketing service companies and also supports the next generation of sales professionals as a professor of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
