Previously, he was the co-founder of Responsys, the leader in on-demand email and lifecycle marketing solutions.
What stand-out thing have they done?
Raghu remains the product visionary and driving force behind Act-On, leading the design and development of the platforms technology and infrastructure. He continues to have a significant hand in shaping the companys larger roadmap, and is responsible for both day-to-day management decisions and also short and long-term sales strategy — having grown the business from 9 employees in 2009 to over 400 in less than five years. Raghu’s efforts at the companys helm have not gone unnoticed. Thanks to its elegant product and frictionless go-to-market model, Act-On has caught the eye of leading venture capital firms, managing to raise $42 mil in a mezzanine round of funding earlier this year.
